Earth Trustee Services Incorporated (ETSI) is an Incorporated Association. One of a suite of charitable entities that together comprise the legal structure of the Earth Funerals Project.

ETSI directs the operations of specialised charitable trusts that allow the Earth Funerals Project to receive donations that are tax deductible for donors, and to operate burial grounds in all States and Territories in Australia.
